Description
My husband is dead.
I was at his funeral. I saw them lower his coffin two meters underground. (Okay, it could have been a meter and a half, but it still seems like enough.) Then there was a feast of miniature sandwiches, stuffed eggs, and little rolls of tender beef that cost more than my first Coke.
I mean, Grant is no longer among the living. He's gone and so are his many dark secrets that I never asked him about. He's never coming back.
Then why do I see his face everywhere?
