These terms and conditions regulate the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and return of products purchased from the online store.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Conditions for returning the goods

Goods must be returned in their original condition, with their commercial appearance and packaging intact.

Returned goods must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return costs

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend that the return is made by courier service with tracking.

4. Refunds

The refund shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

The amount shall be refunded in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a partial return - the amount for the relevant items will be refunded.

5. Products to which the right of withdrawal does not apply

According to Article 57 of the CPA, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

products made to individual customer order;

hygiene goods with defective packaging;

audio/video recordings or software with broken packaging;

other goods provided for by law.
