Blake Porter has a good job and a cool boyfriend. He was unexpectedly fired from his position as vice president at a marketing firm. He no longer has enough money to pay the mortgage on the new house he lives in with his fiancée. He's desperately trying to make ends meet.

Then appears Whitney. She is charming and looking for a room to rent. Just what he needs. But is it really?

Something is definitely wrong. Blake's neighbors are starting to act differently. A rotten smell is taking over his home and no amount of cleaning is helping. Strange noises wake him in the middle of the night. Soon Blake begins to fear that someone knows even his darkest secrets...

The danger is in his home, and when Blake learns the truth, it may be too late. The trap is already set.
