Description
Emas Publishing House presents „Indian Wife“, the fifth case in the Inspector Conrad Sejer series by Norwegian crime queen Karin Fossum. The novel is another title that the publisher presents in the series „Criminale“.
Inspector Konrad Sejer is called to investigate a murder in the remote Norwegian village of Elvesta. The corpse is that of a beautiful young woman, apparently of southern race, whom no one in the vicinity knows and whom no one has ever seen. So far, the trail leads nowhere...

Exotic India has always aroused his admiration and curiosity, and the proverbial beauty of Indian women gives him even more courage to embark on this adventure. And indeed, just like in fairy tales, he meets the woman of his dreams there: radiant, gentle, named Puna. The two marry, Günder returns to Norway and looks forward to the arrival of his wife, who has some business to settle before she leaves for good. But the similarities with fairy tales end there...
