Description
Josie, who lost her mother as a child and more recently her caring father, is forced to return home to care for her younger brother, Nick. This puts an end not only to her studies, but also to her first great love with Julian.
Nick struggles to communicate with his peers, preferring to solve complex math problems. Josie believes implicitly in his extraordinary abilities, so she dedicates her life to him, leaving his dreams of drawing in the background. She even quits her job and sells their house to sign Nick up for a math competition in Rosemary Beach, the grand prize of which is a college scholarship. The two embark on an exciting trip to the Gulf Coast, the place their father always dreamed of visiting.
Josie and Nick are enchanted by the beauty of the coastal town with its narrow cobbled streets, bustling cafes and neat shops. What Josie least expects is to meet Julian right here. Her first and only love. He doesn't seem to have changed at all and is still as sweet, funny and... attracted to her. But Julian isn't the only surprise waiting for her in Rosemary Beach. A shocking family secret will upend her ideas of love and make her believe in the signs of destiny.
