Description

Juniper essential oil is a natural product extracted by steam distillation of the fruit of the Juniperus communis plant. It has a fresh, woody and slightly resinous aroma that brings a sense of purity and balance. Fun fact: juniper has been used since ancient times to purify the air and calm the nervous system, reducing stress and promoting quality sleep. How the product works:  It soothes and creates a sense of balance and harmony while promoting deep and restful sleep. Usage:

• For scenting rooms
• Add a few drops of the oil to 10g of water and gently heat the mixture.

For cosmetic purposes

• In shampoo and conditioner for hair and body- 6-8 drops
• In lotion and body emulsion - 4-5 drops
• Massage In pure vegetable oil (500 ml)-1-5 drops
• Bath - 5-10 drops

Inhalation, sauna

• For aroma fireplace/lamp and in the sauna water - 6-8 drops
• Keep away from children!!! For external use only!!!!
