Description

Cinnamon essential oil is a natural extract obtained by steam distillation of the bark or leaves of Cinnamomum zeylanicum. It has a warm, spicy and slightly sweet aroma that creates a feeling of coziness and comfort. Interesting fact: Cinnamon is one of the most ancient spices, used since ancient Egypt for medicinal and ritual purposes. This oil has warming properties. Usage:

• For scenting rooms
• Add a few drops of the oil to 10g of water and gently heat the mixture.

For cosmetic purposes

• In shampoo and conditioner for hair and body- 6-8 drops
• In lotion and body emulsion - 4-5 drops
• Massage In pure vegetable oil (500 ml)-1-5 drops
• Bath - 10-20 drops

Inhalation, sauna

• For aroma fireplace / lamp and in the sauna water - 6-8 drops

Compresses

• In a small amount of water - 2-3 drops
